This is an evening of coming home to yourself. You learn to go back to your heart, to that place beyond good and evil within you. The mindfulness training that I give is meant to be a support for you in order to provide your everyday life once again with a basis of balance, peace, love, wisdom - or whatever name you give it.
We practice mindfulness in various forms. We sit, stand and walk. There is guided meditation, silence meditation and conversation-meditation. You are free to participate in any part. You don't have to do anything at all, not practicing 'good' meditation. These two hours are there for you. It is about practicing with an open heart, using your breath as an anchor. That's all.
- You sign up for one season (January to April; September to December) and you are free to come whenever you want.
- Interim insertion is always possible, as well as participating once without obligation.
LOCATION AND TIME
- Every Monday evening from 8 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
- You can find us at Apollolaan 50, 1077 BB, Amsterdam, at the Del Ferro Institute.
- The door is open from 7.30 pm to catch up or to prepare in silence.
